มาตรา 270
- บุริมสิทธิในมูลซื้อขายสังหาริมทรัพย์นั้น ใช้สำหรับเอาราคาซื้อขายและดอกเบี้ยในราคานั้น และมีอยู่เหนือสังหาริมทรัพย์อันนั้น
