มาตรา 330
- เมื่อขอปฏิบัติการชำระหนี้โดยชอบแล้ว บรรดาความรับผิดชอบ อันเกิดแต่การไม่ชำระหนี้ก็เป็นอันปลดเปลื้องไป นับแต่เวลาที่ขอปฏิบัติการชำระหนี้นั้น
