มาตรา 435
- บุคคลใดจะประสบความเสียหายอันพึงเกิดจากโรงเรือนหรือสิ่งปลูกสร้างอย่างอื่นของผู้อื่น บุคคลผู้นั้นชอบที่จะเรียกให้จัดการตามที่จำเป็นเพื่อบำบัดปัดป้องภยันตรายนั้นเสียได้

- A person who is threatened with an injury from a building or other structure belonging to another is entitled to require the latter to make necessary measures for averting the danger.

- [I] Wer von dem Gebäude oder Werke eines Andern mit Schaden bedroht ist, kann von dem Eigentümer verlangen, dass er die erforderlichen Maßregeln zur Abwendung der Gefahr treffe.
- [II] Vorbehalten bleiben die Anordnungen der Polizei zum Schutze von Personen und Eigentum.
