มาตรา 605
- ถ้าการที่จ้างยังทำไม่แล้วเสร็จตราบใด ผู้ว่าจ้างอาจบอกเลิกสัญญาได้ เมื่อเสียค่าสินไหมทดแทนให้แก่ผู้รับจ้างเพื่อความเสียหายอย่างใดๆ อันเกิดแต่การเลิกสัญญานั้น
Section 605. (Draft in English from Vol.93)
- As long as the work is not finished, the employer can terminate the contract on making compensation to the contractor for any injury resulting from the termination of the contract.
