- ถ้าเหตุที่ศาลได้สั่งให้เป็นคนเสมือนไร้ความสามารถได้สิ้นสุดไปแล้ว ให้นำบทบัญญัติมาตรา ๓๑ มาใช้บังคับโดยอนุโลม
