มาตรา 62
  • บุคคลซึ่งศาลได้มีคำสั่งให้เป็นคนสาบสูญ ให้ถือว่าถึงแก่ความตายเมื่อครบกำหนดระยะเวลาดังที่ระบุไว้ในมาตรา ๖๑
