มาตรา 188
  • นิติกรรมใดมีเงื่อนไขอันไม่ชอบด้วยกฎหมาย หรือขัดต่อความสงบเรียบร้อยหรือศีลธรรมอันดีของประชาชน นิติกรรมนั้นเป็นโมฆะ
