มาตรา 535
- การให้อันจะกล่าวต่อไปนี้ ท่านว่าจะถอนคืนเพราะเหตุเนรคุณไม่ได้ คือ
- (๑) ให้เป็นบำเหน็จสินจ้างโดยแท้
- (๒) ให้สิ่งที่มีค่าภารติดพัน
- (๓) ให้โดยหน้าที่ธรรมจรรยา
- (๔) ให้ในการสมรส
