- ในข้อรับผิดเพื่อการส่งของไม่ตรงตามตัวอย่างหรือไม่ตรงตามคำพรรณนานั้น ท่านห้ามมิให้ฟ้องคดีเมื่อพ้นกำหนดปีหนึ่งนับแต่เวลาส่งมอบ
