มาตรา 243
- เว้นแต่ข้อความที่บังคับไว้ในบทตั้งแต่มาตรา ๒๓๔ จนถึง ๒๔๒ นั้น ท่านว่าข้อความจริงที่เกี่ยวข้องแก่เจ้าหนี้ร่วมคนหนึ่งย่อมไม่กระทบกระทั่งถึงเจ้าหนี้ร่วมคนอื่น
