มาตรา 302
  • ถ้ามูลหนี้นั้นจะให้ใช้เงิน แม้ว่าจำนวนเงินจะแสดงไว้เป็นเงินต่างประเทศก็ดี ท่านว่าต้องใช้เป็นเงินสยามซึ่งใช้กันตามกฎหมาย
