มาตรา 1186
- ผู้ทรงใบหุ้นชนิดออกให้แก่ผู้ถือ หาอาจออกเสียงเปนคะแนนได้ไม่ เว้นแต่จะได้นำใบหุ้นของตนนั้นมาวางไว้แก่บริษัทแต่ก่อนเวลาประชุม

- Holders of certificates to bearer may not vote unless they have deposited their certificates with the company before the meeting.
