- ในการประชุมใหญ่ใด ๆ เมื่อมติอันหนึ่งอันใดได้คะแนนเสียงข้างมากเห็นชอบด้วยแล้ว ชื่อว่าที่ประชุมได้ลงมติอันนั้น

- At any general meeting, a resolution is passed if adopted by a majority of votes.
