• มูลนิธินั้นได้แก่ทรัพย์สินอันจัดสรรไว้เป็นแพนกเพื่อบำเพ็ญทาน การศาสนา วิทยาศาสตร์ วรรณคดี หรือเพื่อสาธารณประโยชน์อย่างอื่นๆ และไม่ได้หมายค้ากำไร
