- ถ้าเป็นพ้นวิสัยที่จะรู้วันเกิดของบุคคลผู้ใด ท่านให้นับอายุของบุคคลผู้นั้นตั้งแต่วันต้นแห่งปีประดิทินหลวงซึ่งเป็นปีที่บุคคลผู้นั้นเกิด
