มาตรา 797
- อันว่าสัญญาตัวแทนนั้น คือสัญญาซึ่งให้บุคคลหนึ่ง เรียกว่าตัวแทน มีอำนาจทำการแทนบุคคลอีกคนหนึ่ง เรียกว่าตัวการ และตกลงจะทำการดั่งนั้น
