- ผู้เปนหุ้นส่วนคนหนึ่งจะเรียกเอาส่วนของตนจากหุ้นส่วนอื่น ๆ แม้ในกิจการค้าขายอันใดซึ่งไม่ปรากฏชื่อของตนก็ได้
