มาตรา 1282
- เมื่อใดได้จดทะเบียนสมาคมแล้ว แต่นั้นสมาคมก็ชื่อว่าได้ตั้งขึ้นเปนบุคคลนิติสมมดหนึ่งต่างหากจากบุคคลทั้งหลายที่รวมเข้าอยู่ในนั้น
- ให้พนักงานทะเบียนทำใบสำคัญแสดงการจดทะเบียนส่งมอบให้แก่สมาคมนั้นฉบับหนึ่ง

- [I] Upon registration being made, the association is formed as a juristic person, distinct from the persons of whom it is composed.
- [II] A certificate of registration shall be delivered to the association.
