มาตรา 529
- ถ้าทรัพย์สินที่ให้มีราคาไม่พอกับการที่จะชำระค่าภารติดพันไซร้ ท่านว่าผู้รับจะต้องชำระแต่เพียงเท่าราคาทรัพย์สินเท่านั้น
Section 529. (Draft in English from Vol.93)
- If the property given is not sufficient to satisfy the charge, the donee has to perform only to the extent of the value of the property.
