มาตรา 613
- ถ้าผู้ส่งเรียกเอาใบตราส่ง ผู้ขนส่งก็ต้องทำให้
- ใบตราส่งนั้นต้องแสดงรายการต่อไปนี้ คือ
- (๑) รายการดังกล่าวไว้ในมาตรา ๖๑๒ อนุมาตรา ๑, ๒ และ ๓
- (๒) ชื่อหรือยี่ห้อของผู้ส่ง
- (๓) จำนวนค่าระวางพาหนะ
- (๔) ตำบลและวันที่ออกใบตราส่ง
- อนึ่งใบตราส่งนั้น ต้องลงลายมือชื่อผู้ขนส่งเป็นสำคัญ
Section 613. (Draft in English from Vol.93)
- If required by the sender, the carrier must supply him with a consignment note.
- The consignment note must show the following particulars:
- (1) Those mentioned in Section 612, subsections 1, 2 and 3.
- (2) The name or trade-name of the sender.
- (3) The amount of freight.
- (4) The place where and the time when the consignment note is made out.
- The consignment note must be signed by the carrier.
