มาตรา 687
- ผู้ค้ำประกันไม่จำต้องชำระหนี้ก่อนถึงเวลากำหนดที่จะชำระ แม้ถึงว่าลูกหนี้จะไม่อาจถือเอาซึ่งประโยชน์แห่งเงื่อนเวลาเริ่มต้นหรือเวลาสุดสิ้นต่อไปแล้ว
Section 687. (Draft in English from Vol.93)
- The surety is not bound to perform the obligation before the time fixed for performance, although the debtor can no longer take advantage of a time of commencement or ending.
