มาตรา 701
- ผู้ค้ำประกันจะขอชำระหนี้แก่เจ้าหนี้ตั้งแต่เมื่อถึงกำหนดชำระก็ได้
- ถ้าเจ้าหนี้ไม่ยอมรับชำระหนี้ ผู้ค้ำประกันก็เป็นอันหลุดพ้นจากความรับผิด
Section 701. (Draft in English from Vol.93)
- [I] The surety may tender performance of the obligation to the creditor from the time when performance is due.
- [II] If the creditor refuses to accept performance, the surety is discharged.
