มาตรา 443
- การรับสภาพหนี้นั้น ต้องทำอย่างหนึ่งอย่างใดดังนี้ คือ
- (๑) ทำเป็นหนังสือให้
- (๒) ใช้ต้นเงินงวดใดงวดหนึ่ง ฤๅใช้ดอกเบี้ยให้
- (๓) ชำระหนี้ให้บางส่วนด้วยประการอื่น
- (๔) มีประกันให้ไว้อย่างใดอย่างหนึ่ง
