มาตรา 495
- ถ้าในสัญญามีกำหนดเวลาไถ่เกินไปกว่าซึ่งกล่าวมาในมาตราก่อนไซร้ ท่านให้ลดลงมาเปนสิบปีและปีหนึ่งตามประเภททรัพย์
Section 495. (Final Draft of Dec. 1924 in English from Vol.88)
- If a longer period is provided in the contract, it shall be reduced to ten years and one year respectively.
