มาตรา 610
- อันบุคคลผู้ทำความตกลงกับผู้ขนส่งเพื่อให้ขนของส่งไปนั้น เรียกว่าผู้ส่ง ฤๅผู้ตราส่ง
- บุคคลผู้ซึ่งเขาส่งของไปถึงนั้น เรียกว่าผู้รับตราส่ง
- บำเหน็จอันจะต้องจ่ายให้เพื่อการขนส่งของนั้น เรียกว่าค่ารวางพาหนะ

- [I] The person making an agreement with a carrier for the transportation of goods is called the sender or consignor.
- [II] The person to whom the goods are forwarded is called the consignee.
- [III] The remuneration to be paid for the transportation of the goods is called the freight.
