มาตรา 1177
- ท่านให้ใช้วิธีดังบัญญัติไว้ในมาตราต่อ ๆ ไปนี้บังคับแก่การประชุมใหญ่ เว้นแต่ที่ขัดกับข้อบังคับของบริษัท แต่มาตรา ๑๑๗๓ นั้น ท่านให้ใช้เสมอไป แม้ถึงว่าจะมีข้อบังคับของบริษัทเปนข้อความขัดกัน ก็ให้คงใช้
Section 1177. (Final Draft of Dec. 1924 in English from Vol.88)
- Unless there are provisions to the contrary in the regulations of the company, the rules provided by the following sections shall apply to general meetings. But Section 1173 shall apply notwithstanding any provisions to the contrary.
