- ถ้าผู้ให้ผูกตนไว้ว่าจะชำระหนี้เป็นคราวๆ ท่านว่าหนี้นั้นเป็นอันระงับสิ้นไปเมื่อผู้ให้หรือผู้รับตาย เว้นแต่จะขัดกับเจตนาอันปรากฏแต่มูลหนี้
