มาตรา 533
  • เมื่อผู้ให้ได้ให้อภัยแก่ผู้รับในเหตุประพฤติเนรคุณนั้นแล้วก็ดี หรือเมื่อเวลาได้ล่วงไปแล้วหกเดือนนับแต่เหตุเช่นนั้นได้ทราบถึงบุคคลผู้ชอบที่จะเรียกถอนคืนการให้ได้นั้นก็ดี ท่านว่าหาอาจจะถอนคืนการให้ได้ไม่
  • อนึ่ง ท่านห้ามมิให้ฟ้องคดีเมื่อพ้นเวลาสิบปีภายหลังเหตุการณ์เช่นว่านั้น
