- เมื่อคืนทรัพย์ ถ้ามีดอกผลเกิดแต่ทรัพย์สินซึ่งฝากนั้นเท่าใด ผู้รับฝากจำต้องส่งมอบพร้อมไปกับทรัพย์สินนั้นด้วย
