มาตรา 550
  • ผู้ให้เช่าย่อมต้องรับผิดในความชำรุดบกพร่องอันเกิดขึ้นในระวาง[=ระหว่าง]เวลาเช่า และผู้ให้เช่าต้องจัดการซ่อมแซมทุกอย่างบรรดาซึ่งเป็นการจำเป็นขึ้น เว้นแต่การซ่อมแซมชนิดซึ่งมีกฎหมายหรือจารีตประเพณีว่าผู้เช่าจะพึงต้องทำเอง
