มาตรา 563

• คดีอันผู้ให้เช่าจะฟ้องผู้เช่าเกี่ยวแก่สัญญาเช่นนั้น ท่านห้ามมิให้ฟ้องเมื่อพ้นกำหนดหกเดือนนับแต่วันส่งคืนทรัพย์สินที่เช่า

• The obligations incurred by the hirer towards the letter in connection with the contract of hire are extinguished by prescription six months after the return of the property hired.
