มาตรา 563
- คดีอันผู้ให้เช่าจะฟ้องผู้เช่าเกี่ยวแก่สัญญาเช่นนั้น ท่านห้ามมิให้ฟ้องเมื่อพ้นกำหนดหกเดือนนับแต่วันส่งคืนทรัพย์สินที่เช่า
Section 563. (Draft in English from Vol.93)
- No action by the letter against the hirer in connection with the contract of hire can be entered later than six months after the return of the property hired.
