มาตรา 605
- ถ้าการที่จ้างยังทำไม่แล้วเสร็จตราบใด เมื่อผู้ว่าจ้างยอมเสียค่าสินไหมทดแทนแก่ผู้รับจ้างเพื่อความเสียหายอย่างใดๆ อันจะเกิดแต่การเลิกสัญญานั้นแล้ว ผู้ว่าจ้างอาจก็เลิกสัญญาได้

- As long as the work is not finished, the employer can determine the contract on making compensation to the contractor for any injury resulting from the determination of the contract.
