- ข้อสัญญาว่าจะไม่ต้องรับผิดนั้น ย่อมไม่คุ้มผู้ขายให้พ้นจากการต้องส่งเงินคืนตามราคา เว้นแต่จะได้ระบุไว้เป็นอย่างอื่น
