  • ถ้าผู้ซื้อพบเห็นความชำรุดบกพร่องในทรัพย์สินซึ่งตนได้รับซื้อ ผู้ซื้อชอบที่จะยึดหน่วงราคาที่ยังไม่ได้ชำระไว้ได้ทั้งหมดหรือแต่บางส่วน เว้นแต่ผู้ขายจะหาประกันที่สมควรให้ได้
