- ในการขายตามตัวอย่างนั้น ผู้ขายจำต้องส่งมอบทรัพย์สินให้ตรงตามตัวอย่าง
- ในการขายตามคำพรรณนา ผู้ขายจำต้องส่งมอบทรัพย์สินให้ตรงตามคำพรรณนา

- [I] In a sale by sample, the seller is bound to deliver property or properties corresponding to the sample.
