* ใบรับของคลังสินค้าและประทวนสินค้าต้องมีเลขลำดับตรงกันกับเลขในต้นขั้ว และลงลายมือชื่อของนายคลังสินค้า
* อันประทวนสินค้านั้น ย่อมให้สิทธิแก่ผู้ฝากที่จะสลักหลังจำนำสินค้าซึ่งจดแจ้งไว้ในประทวนได้โดยไม่ต้องส่งมอบสินค้านั้นแก่ผู้รับสลักหลัง
* อนึ่งใบรับของคลังสินค้าและประทวนสินค้านั้น ท่านให้มีรายละเอียดดั่งกล่าวต่อไปนี้ คือ
* แต่ว่าเมื่อผู้ฝากประสงค์จะจำนำสินค้า ต้องแยกประทวนออกเสียจากใบรับของคลังสินค้า และส่งมอบประทวนนั้นให้แก่ผู้รับสลักหลัง
** (๑) ชื่อหรือยี่ห้อ และสำนักของผู้ฝาก
** (๒) ที่ตั้งคลังสินค้า
** (๓) ค่าบำเหน็จสำหรับเก็บรักษา
** (๔) สภาพของสินค้าที่เก็บรักษา และน้ำหนักหรือขนาดแห่งสินค้านั้น กับทั้งสภาพ จำนวน และเครื่องหมายหีบห่อ
** (๕) สถานที่และวันออกใบรับของคลังสินค้าและประทวนสินค้านั้น
** (๖) ถ้าได้กำหนดกันไว้ว่าให้เก็บสินค้าไว้ชั่วเวลาเท่าใดให้แจ้งกำหนดนั้นด้วย
** (๗) ถ้าของที่เก็บรักษามีประกันภัย ให้แสดงจำนวนเงินที่ประกันภัยกำหนดเวลาที่ประกันภัย และชื่อหรือยี่ห้อของผู้รับประกันภัยด้วย
* อนึ่งนายคลังสินค้าต้องจดรายละเอียดทั้งนี้ลงไว้ในต้นขั้วด้วย

มาตรา 777
  • อันประทวนสินค้านั้น ย่อมให้สิทธิแก่ผู้ฝากที่จะสลักหลังจำนำสินค้าซึ่งจดแจ้งไว้ในประทวนได้โดยไม่ต้องส่งมอบสินค้านั้นแก่ผู้รับสลักหลัง
