  • อันว่าให้นั้น คือสัญญาซึ่งบุคคลคนหนึ่ง เรียกว่า ผู้ให้ โอนทรัพย์สินของตนให้โดยเสน่หาแก่บุคคลอีกคนหนึ่งเรียกว่า ผู้รับ และผู้รับยอมรับเอาทรัพย์สินนั้น
