มาตรา 190
- เมื่อสิทธิเรียกร้องในส่วนที่เป็นประธานขาดอายุความแล้ว สิทธิเรียกร้องให้ชำระหนี้ส่วนที่เป็นอุปกรณ์อันต้องอาศัยส่วนที่เป็นประธานนั้นก็ตกเป็นอันขาดอายุความตามก้นไปด้วย แม้ถึงว่าอายุความอันพึงใช้ฉะเพาะแก่สิทธิเรียกร้องส่วนอุปกรณ์อันนั้นจะยังไม่ครบบริบูรณ์ก็ตาม

- With the principal claim the claims for accessory acts of performance dependent upon it are also barred by prescription, even if the particular prescription applying to the accessory claim is not yet complete.
