- ถ้าการที่จ้างยังทำไม่แล้วเสร็จตราบใด ผู้ว่าจ้างอาจบอกเลิกสัญญาได้ เมื่อเสียค่าสินไหมทดแทนให้แก่ผู้รับจ้างเพื่อความเสียหายอย่างใดๆ อันเกิดแต่การเลิกสัญญานั้น
