มาตรา 617
- ผู้ขนส่งจะต้องรับผิดในการที่ของสูญหาย หรือบุบสลาย หรือส่งชักช้า อันเกิดแต่ความรับผิดของผู้ขนส่งคนอื่น หรือบุคคลอื่นซึ่งตนหากได้มอบหมายของนั้นไปอีกทอดเหนึ่ง
