มาตรา 678
- ในข้ความรับผิดใช้ค่าสินไหมทดแทนเพืื่อทรัพย์สินของคนเดินทางหรือแขกอาศัยสูญหายหรือบุบสลายนั้น ท่านห้ามมิให้ฟ้องเมื่อพ้นเวลาหกเดือนนับแต่วันที่คนเดินทางหรือแขกอาศัยออกไปจากสถานที่นั้น
