มาตรา 677
- ถ้ามีความแจ้งความปิดไว้ในโรงแรม โฮเต็ล หรือสถานที่เช่นว่านั้น เป็นข้อความยกเว้นหรือจำกัดความรับผิดของเจ้าสำนักไซร้ ท่านว่าความนั้นเป็นโมฆะ เว้นแต่คนเดินทางหรือแขกอาศัยจะได้ตกลงด้วยชัดแจ้งในการยกเว้นหรือจำกัดความรับผิดดั่งว่านั้น
Section 677. (Draft in English from Vol.93)
- A notice posted in the inn, hotel or other such place excluding or limiting the liability of the proprietor is void unless the traveller or guest expressly agreed to such exclusion or limitation of liability.
