มาตรา 634
- ผู้รับขนส่งจะต้องรับผิดต่อคนโดยสารในความเสียหายอันเกิดแก่ตัวเขา หรือในความเสื่อมเสียอย่างใดๆ อันเป็นผลโดยตรงแต่การที่ต้องชักช้าในการขนส่ง เว้นแต่การเสียหายหรือชักช้านั้น เกิดแต่เหตุสุดวิสัย หรือเกิดแต่ความผิดของผู้โดยสารนั้นเอง
