มาตรา 638
- ผู้ขนส่งไม่ต้องรับผิดในเครื่องเดินทางซึ่งตนมิได้รับมอบหมาย เว้นแต่เมื่อเครื่องเดินทางนั้นสูญหาย หรือบุบสลายไปเพราะความผิดของผู้ขนส่งหรือลูกจ้างของผู้ขนส่ง
