มาตรา 654
- ท่านห้ามมิให้คิดดอกเบี้ยเกินร้อยละสิบห้าต่อปี ถ้าในสัญญากำหนดดอกเบี้ยเกินกว่านั้น ก็ให้ลดลงมาเป็นร้อยละสิบห้าต่อปี
