มาตรา 443
  • การรับสภาพหนี้นั้น ต้องทำอย่างหนึ่งอย่างใดดังนี้ คือ
    • (๑) ทำเป็นหนังสือให้
    • (๒) ใช้ต้นเงินงวดใดงวดหนึ่ง ฤๅใช้ดอกเบี้ยให้
    • (๓) ชำระหนี้ให้บางส่วนด้วยประการอื่น
    • (๔) มีประกันให้ไว้อย่างใดอย่างหนึ่ง
