มาตรา 500

• ค่าฤชาธรรมเนียมการขายฝากซึ่งผู้ซื้อได้ออกไปนั้น ผู้ไถ่ต้องใช้ให้แก่ผู้ซื้อพร้อมกับสินไถ่
• ส่วนค่าฤชาธรรมเนียมการไถ่ทรัพย์นั้น ผู้ไถ่พึงออกใช้
