มาตรา 627
- เมื่อของถึงตำบลที่กำหนดให้ส่ง และผู้รับตราส่งได้เรียกให้ส่งมอบแล้ว ท่านว่าแต่นั้นไปสิทธิทั้งหลายของผู้ส่งอันเกิดแต่สัญญารับขนนั้นย่อมตกไปแก่ผู้รับตราส่ง

- After the goods have arrived at the place of destination and the consignee has demanded delivery, the consignee acquires the rights of the sender arising from the contract of carriage.
