มาตรา 677
- ถ้ามีความแจ้งความปิดไว้ในโรงแรม โฮเต็ล ฤๅสถานที่เช่นว่านั้น เปนข้อความยกเว้นฤๅจำกัดความรับผิดของเจ้าสำนักไซร้ ท่านว่าความนั้นเปนโมฆะ เว้นแต่คนเดิรทางฤๅแขกอาศัยจะได้ตกลงด้วยชัดแจ้งในการยกเว้นฤๅจำกัดความรับผิดดังว่านั้น

- A notice posted in the inn, hotel or other such place excluding or limiting the liability of the proprietor is void unless the traveller or guest expressly agreed to such exclusion or limitation of liability.
